This Privacy Policy explains how Neon Ball collects, uses, and protects user information.
1. App information
Neon Ball is a mobile arcade game developed by Piotr Gromek. The game allows players to control a neon ball, avoid obstacles, collect points, unlock cosmetic items, and compete in leaderboards.
2. Data collected by the app
Neon Ball does not directly collect personal data such as name, address, phone number, or email address.
However, the app may use third-party services that can collect certain information necessary to provide their features.
3. Google Play Games Services
Neon Ball uses Google Play Games Services to provide leaderboard functionality.
Google Play Games Services may process data related to the user’s Google Play Games account, such as player ID, profile information, leaderboard scores, and gameplay activity required to display rankings.
This data is handled by Google according to Google’s own privacy policies.
4. Google AdMob and advertising
Neon Ball may display advertisements using Google AdMob or Google Mobile Ads.
Ads may include:
- banner ads,
- interstitial ads,
- rewarded ads.
Google and its advertising partners may collect or use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interaction data, and other information required to provide, measure, and personalize ads, depending on the user’s settings and applicable law.
Users can manage ad personalization in their Google account or device settings.
5. Local game data
Neon Ball stores some game information locally on the device, including:
- best score,
- total points,
- selected ball,
- selected effect,
- purchased or unlocked items,
- sound settings,
- no ads status.
This information is stored locally using Unity PlayerPrefs and is used only to provide game functionality.
6. In-app purchases
If the app includes purchases such as “No Ads” or cosmetic items, purchase processing is handled by Google Play. Neon Ball does not directly collect or store payment card details.
7. Data sharing
Neon Ball does not sell personal data.
Data may be processed by third-party services used in the app, including:
- Google Play Games Services,
- Google AdMob,
- Google Play Billing, if purchases are enabled.
8. Children
Neon Ball is not intended for children under the age of 13. If the app is later targeted to children, this Privacy Policy and Google Play settings will be updated accordingly.
9. Data security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect game data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
10. User choices
Users can:
- disable personalized ads in Google settings,
- manage Google Play Games profile settings,
- delete local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data on the device.
