These Terms of Use apply to the mobile game Neon Ball.

By using Neon Ball, you agree to these Terms.

1. Game use

Neon Ball is provided as a mobile arcade game for entertainment purposes. The player controls a neon ball, avoids obstacles, collects points, unlocks cosmetic items, and may compete in leaderboards.

2. User account and Google Play Games

Some features, such as leaderboards, may require the user to sign in with Google Play Games.

Leaderboard results may be submitted to Google Play Games Services. The user is responsible for using their account according to Google’s terms and policies.

3. Fair play

Users must not attempt to cheat, manipulate scores, modify the app, use unauthorized tools, or abuse leaderboard systems.

If cheating or manipulation is detected, leaderboard scores may be removed or ignored.

4. Advertisements

Neon Ball may display advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads.

Rewarded ads are optional and may provide in-game rewards after viewing.

5. Purchases

The app may include optional purchases, such as removing ads or unlocking cosmetic items.

Purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds and purchase management are handled according to Google Play policies.

6. No guarantee

Neon Ball is provided “as is”. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the game.

7. Changes to the game

The developer may update, change, add, or remove game features, content, prices, or rules at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

The developer is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, device issues, or interruptions caused by the use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

The developer may restrict access to certain features if the user violates these Terms, cheats, manipulates scores, or abuses the game systems.
